Resiblock Ultra Mat har samme funktion som Resiblock 22, men den laver samtidig en permanent forsegling af overfladen, så madspild, fedststoffer, is og mange andre fødevarer ikke misfarver belægningerne.
Den er, som -Resiblock 22 og Resiecco, resistent overfor benzin, olie, vejsalt og diverse opløsningsmidler.
Resiblok Ultra Mat er brugt bl.a. i Disney world Hong Kong og Disneyland Paris, da man ønskede en ren og ensartet belægning efter daglig rengøring.

RESIBLOCK Ultra Matt will stabilise the jointing sand whilst providing excellent stain resistant quality’s to the surface of the paving.
